Return & Refund Policy

This Refund, Return & Replacement Policy applies to all purchases made through the Noble Nosh website and other authorized sales channels.

Noble Nosh is a brand owned and operated by R.G & Sons.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. GENERAL POLICY

Due to the perishable, consumable, and food-grade nature of our products, Noble Nosh does not accept returns once products have been delivered, except in circumstances specifically mentioned in this Policy.

All products are quality-checked prior to dispatch to ensure freshness, safety, and compliance with applicable food standards.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Customers may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Product Delivered
  • A product substantially different from the ordered product has been delivered.
  • Damaged Product
  • The product has been physically damaged during transit.
  • Tampered Package
  • The package appears tampered with at the time of delivery.
  • Missing Product
  • One or more items are missing from the order.
  • Defective Product
  • The product is unfit for consumption upon opening and within its stated shelf life, provided it has been stored according to recommended storage conditions.
  • Delivery of Expired Product
  • A product is delivered beyond its declared best-before date.

 

3. CLAIM SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To investigate and process a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order Number
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Product Photographs
  • Outer Packaging Photographs
  • Shipping Label Photographs
  • Clear Unboxing Video Recorded From Package Opening

Claims without adequate supporting evidence may be rejected.

The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The unopened package
  • Shipping label
  • Opening process
  • Product condition

 

4. CLAIM REPORTING TIMELINE

Any issue relating to:

  • Damage
  • Leakage
  • Missing products
  • Wrong products
  • Tampered packages
  • Quality concerns

must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

 

 

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following products are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened food products
  • Consumed or partially consumed products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Products improperly stored after delivery
  • Customized gift boxes
  • Corporate gifting orders
  • Bulk orders
  • Promotional items
  • Clearance sale products
  • Free gifts and complimentary items

unless received damaged or incorrect.

 

6. NO REFUNDS FOR TASTE PREFERENCES

As food preferences are subjective, refunds or replacements shall not be provided for:

  • Personal taste preferences
  • Flavor expectations
  • Texture preferences
  • Aroma preferences
  • Product appearance variations arising from natural agricultural sourcing

Natural variations in size, shape, color, texture, and taste are normal characteristics of dry fruits, nuts, seeds, berries, spices, and gourmet foods and shall not constitute defects.

 

7. NO REFUNDS FOR DELIVERY ISSUES CAUSED BY CUSTOMER

Refunds shall not be issued for orders affected by:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Incorrect contact information
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect shipments
  • Delayed response to courier communication

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

 

8. QUALITY AND STORAGE DISCLAIMER

Dry fruits, nuts, seeds, berries, chocolates, gourmet foods, and related products are natural products and may exhibit normal variations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Following storage instructions
  • Refrigeration where recommended
  • Proper handling after opening

Noble Nosh shall not be responsible for deterioration resulting from improper storage, exposure to heat, moisture, sunlight, contamination, or delayed consumption after delivery.

 

9. INVESTIGATION OF CLAIMS

All claims are subject to review and verification.

Noble Nosh reserves the right to:

  • Request additional information
  • Conduct internal investigation
  • Seek courier partner verification
  • Reject fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unsupported claims

Repeated misuse of refund requests may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.

 

10. REFUND METHODS

Approved claims may be resolved through:

  • Replacement Product (A replacement product may be shipped without additional cost.)
  • Store Credit (Store credit may be issued for future purchases.)
  • Partial Refund (A partial refund may be issued where only part of the order is affected.)
  • Full Refund (A full refund may be issued where appropriate.)

The final resolution shall be determined solely by Noble Nosh based on the circumstances of the claim.

 

11. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

The time required for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on:

  • Banks
  • Card issuers
  • UPI providers
  • Payment gateways

 

12. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Before Dispatch- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.
  • After Dispatch- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Customers refusing delivery after shipment may be charged applicable shipping and handling costs.

 

13. BULK, WHOLESALE & CORPORATE ORDERS

Bulk purchases, wholesale orders, customized gifting orders, festive hampers, and corporate orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed.

Exceptions may be considered solely at Noble Nosh's discretion.

 

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall R.G & Sons or Noble Nosh be liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Consequential damages
  • Loss of profits
  • Business interruption
  • Personal inconvenience
  • Delayed deliveries by third-party logistics providers

Any liability arising from an approved claim shall not exceed the purchase value of the affected product(s).

 

15. RIGHT TO MODIFY POLICY

Noble Nosh reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice.

The updated version shall become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
